CARF International Accreditation

Gateway Human Services is proud to be accredited by CARF International, an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services organizations. CARF accreditation is official recognition that our organization is guided by internationally recognized standards and best practices. It involves ongoing consultation and in-depth on-site reviews designed to help us provide the highest quality of care to the people we serve.

Earning and maintaining CARF accreditation demonstrates our commitment to reducing risk, addressing health and safety, respecting the rights and individual preferences of the people we support, and remaining accountable to our community. It reflects an organization-wide commitment, from our board to our direct care staff, to continuous quality improvement.

Gateway Human Services has been accredited by CARF International for the following programs and services: Community Integration, Host Family/Shared Living Services, and Respite Services.
